• Monitor all accounting processes in parallel with Managing the Accounting team Functions for the distribution companies (more than 60 very famouse brands) & ensure that all entries & JVs are properly handled as per the set rules & regulations, in order to achieve the group deadlines with both qualitative and efficient reports.

• Evaluate the performance of the Accounting Department team in compliance with approved appraisal forms and recommend best course of action, improve communication and encourage team spirit.

• Continuously review the adopted methods and principles and develop existing Accounting principles as appropriate.
