Managing between the leasing, listing team and property Management Team
Follow up the inquiry status with the listing team (i.e. if the client viewed the unit or not, if the agent did the viewing or not, the latest update on the inquiry)
Check if all the documents for the deals such as (PM, New Leases, Renewals, Maintenance) are correct before signing them and submitting them to the accountants
Find quick resolutions to any issue, including complains received by call center or walk-in clients, and reassign the inquiry to another agent if needed
Aim for the maximum customer satisfaction and service level
Ensure that department monthly target is met at all times and tasks are done in timely manner
Assign agents on the areas and reallocate them as needed, each in the area he is experienced at
Ensure to extract hot deals on daily bases and to get new PMs as much as possible
Monitor the market on daily basis and ensure that all hot deals are published on the portals, social media and websites
Ensure that the CRM is updated on daily basis and that closed deals are transacted on the system
Monitor the achievement of the agents on daily, weekly, monthly basis for the (Leasing, Listing, and PM)
Follow up on the inquiries of all departments and especially between the leasing, listing departments
for Apple Service Centers in the UAE & KSA
Providing Help desk support for apple in UAE and KSA such as (Istyle, Abmcare, Arab Computers, and MDS-TS)
Acting as a Customer Relation Management representative to help customers solve their issues directly with Apple
Researching, investigating, and providing high quality guidance on product issue escalations
Providing expert technical and customer support, status information, issue resolution and other forms of assistance to customer support groups
Maintaining an effective and timely response process to provide technical solutions for customers with escalated issues to ensure customer delight
Researching and implementing appropriate interventions such as education and research to resolve or mitigate current or anticipated product issues and support processes
Coordinating with service centers to update the status of devices sent to them

Reviewing and analyzing financial and investment data of pension plans filed in the system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data to support proper and timely processing and further analysis of pension application and filing documents
Investigating, analyzing, interpreting and administering the processing and resolution of submissions to ensure that all prescribed financial and investment filings submitted comply with the regulations and standards
Communicating with plan sponsors, consultants, insurance or trust companies or any other agents of pension plan administrators to resolve missions/errors/irregularities/deficiencies in filings and recommending methods, amendments/solutions to correct such problems
Addressing all inquiries received (verbal and written)
