Creating the budget system including the process and the flow between the corporate departments

Prepare budgets according to the company guidelines and in a manner that cater to all departments. Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings. Analysis of Actual vs plan and last year. Works with all functions on ensuring clear visibility on results and proper control of OPEX, CAPEX spending of all departments and sales. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Tracking the new products performance and their impact on total business. Prepares required analysis & feasibility studies for acquisitions, investments to facilitate decision making on initiatives and programs. Update the budget model as requested to account for significant changes in the business environment. Supports other functions in completing their reporting (Ex. KPIs, Menu Engineering, etc.)
SAP Key user and consultant contact person.
Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports.
Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.
Seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits.
Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
Consolidate the daily sales report of 260 stores which includes " Analysis per store/region/governorate/opening year"
Prepare the weekly/monthly dashboard.
Following up on the weighted average of the inventory to maintain the cost of goods sold.

• Part of Microsoft Axapta implementing committee.
• Implementing the costing system used in all the branches of Saudi Bakery and the bakery of Total “gas station”.
• Implementing the bill of material for all the products before starting the costing process.
• Allocating the direct and the in-direct expenses on the cost of the product.
• Calculating all the standard cost for all products.
• Introducing the spoilage and production records to be used in all the branches and to be used in preparing quantity & value equation.
• Calculating the cost of goods sold.
• Calculating the variance between the standard & actual cost.
• Doing the monthly physical count.
Job Tasks:
• Pricing the inventory receipts and calculating the materials issuance prices
using average costing (manual)
• Preparing inventory cards for each material using the average costing
pricing method (manual)
• Working as an inventory controller.
• Preparing the quantities and values equations for each material and storage location (manual)
• Using the SAP program to follow up the inventory cards, the average cost for the materials, and the inventory balances (quantities & values)
• Doing periodic physical inventory count & Using the SAP program to prepare the physical inventory count documents
• Following up the company assets and any addition of a new asset using the SAP program.
• Calculating the depreciation applying the straight line method and the production method manually and checking the results from the SAP
program
• Following up and pricing the Letters of credit (L.Cs)
• Following up and controlling the monthly purchasing prices & quantities for each material (local & foreign)
• Preparing the cost of goods sold statement (for total monthly production
