•Taking Off, Budgeting BOQ & Estimation works (Cost Estimation).
• Study Contract Documents (Specification, and Drawings) to identify Scope of work and liability
• Monitoring the impact of project scopes change (Preparing Variations VO).
• Ensures financial close out of all Call Off Orders received from the customer
• Review the Revenue Plan and understand the impact on the project profitability.
• Attend weekly progress meeting
• Monthly Cost Reports (MCR) and Progress report
• Ability to deal with multiple steak holders with different expectations & maintain customers satisfactions.
• Cost loading/Mappings VS WBS. And Manage the assignment cost code allocations and initial budget set-up and approvals
• Preparing Accruals and tracking the dummy cost.

• Perform cost analysis for the assigned activities.
• Reconcile all variances between budget, actual costs and revenue to facilitate accurate profit forecast.
• Perform trend analysis and alert of any deviations from budgets and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitoring, Supporting and following Procurement Department analyzing Prices
• Working out budget break ups for variations of coordination with site & commercial dept.
• Monitoring the requisitions/Materials and control it with the budget cost to complete
• Controls of assets / material transfer from & to sites / warehouses.
• Coordinating with the site Quality Surveyors for the compilation of the Labor Productivity report and Sub Contract Liability Report.
Daily interfacing with engineers on various projects
• Preparing and tracking Accruals/Dummy Cost.
• Assisting Cost Control Manager as and when required related to cost control work.
• Demonstrated effective and consistent technical support
• Tracking all material received and preparing accruals report.
• Monitoring, Supporting and following Procurement Department and preparing Bids Summaries with analyzing Prices
• Checking and reviewing all Contractors Payment (PC’s) according to their contracts
• Monitoring the requisitions/Materials and control it with the budget cost to complete
• Preparation of subcontractors/supplier Interim payment certificates, final account and Progress Report
