• Establish accounts and all financial matters and systems of the new facility
• Preparing, reviewing, and posting journal & voucher entries.
• Preparing and posting payments.
• Reviewing and approving the monthly payroll.
• Preparing banks reconciliation.
• Executing monthly closing entries.
• Controlling all head Projects & Tenders accounts and compare it with the budget.
• Controlling local suppliers accounts, (Payments, Reconciliations, …, etc).
• Reviewing and controlling the expenses.
• Controlling fixed assets and compare it with capital expenditure budget.
• Calculation of team stuff commission.
• Control employees accounts, and studying employees provisions ( Tickets, Vacations, End of Service ).
• Preparing all reports requested by General Manager .
• Controlling Accounts Receivables ( Private ) .
• Cost all orders.
• Preparing all Invoices.
• Controlling inventory.
•Management and guidance of the collection team
