Conduct technical research on systems upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems
Research and recommend hardware and software development, purchase and use
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network

Record a weekly AccPac inventory report over the defective hardware parts and ship them to the Head Office

Work closely with our clients in overcoming their lack of understanding with various software and operating systems difficulties
