o Conducting the new tenders site surveys and attending JobEx meetings, online Webex, ..
o Preparing the technical and commercial offers of bidding projects.
o Preparing proposals, presentations, and focal point in pre/post-bid technical & commercial negotiations.
o Setting the bidding project timeline, client payement schedule, milestones and expected internal
turnovers.
o Stating an appropriate disclaimer terms and conditions for offers, reliability and responsibilities.
o Receiving new contracts and preparing for the kickoff meeting that satisfies the end user and our goals.
o Managing contracts of E&I projects as a Project Manager.
o Managing of GE account sales of VAR (Value added reseller - protection relays).
o Managing the operations field service team, in coordination with the safety and quality departments.
o Managing workforce mob / demobs and arrangements of FS team.
o Coordinating with procurement for materials purchase and monitor project deliverables, schedule and
budget.
o Updating relevant stakeholders and prepare higher management reports on the project progress.
o Coach and supporting project’s team members with tasks that are planned for them, for good
understanding.
o Providing overall management of projects from kickoff to completion including manpower assignment,
HSE & QA/QC compliance, work permits, planning, engineering submittals, project cost controls,
procurement, material management, construction management and closeout.
o Developing and monitoring project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs and outsourcing.2
o Solving problems and find Plan B and alternative resources to keep the project on track.
o Coordinating and assisting other internal departments such as finance, HR recruitment, legal relations,
risk management, change management, procurement and logistics.
o Primary point of contact for client’s coordination, front-end communication, strategic planning, master
scope management, budget control, subcontracting, facility support, and schedule turnovers.
o Developing and implementing project controls and elaborate the project execution plan.
o Work closely with the site team to ensure optimum time & quality management is achieved to the
client's satisfaction following QA/QC and safety guideline.
