•International and local funds transfer process.
•Undertake transfer of accounts, Foreign Exchange transactions.
•Issuing Letters of Guarantee and follow up Letters of Guarantee prior to the maturity date.
•Issuing outward Letters of credit after conducting the necessary study and issuing any corrections or amendment.
•Deliver outward Letters of credit document to the customers if documents are complied with L/C terms and conditions or after receive a waiver from the applicant and agrees to accept the discrepant document, and reserve the desired amount for L/C from customer account or request client to sign draft.
•following customers to pay the amount of L/C on due dates.
•Advising inward letters of credit and any corrections or amendment to beneficiaries.
•Receiving document related to outward L/C from customers.
•Following inward and outward bills of collection.

•Process cash Payment transactions.
•Processed cash withdrawals.
•Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents.
•Authorize transactions within the range delegated to the incumbent.
•Forward all clearing items and remittance requests received from customers to the concerned department.
•Ensures transactions and reporting of activity are accurate and complete and Ensures adherence to all regulatory guidelines (such as proper identification and documentation).
•Balance cash and transactions at the end of the day.
•Ensure that the ATM's are constantly replenished with cash.
•Balancing the ATMs.
•Electronic cheque clearing.

Preparing H.R monthly reports for management.
Updates vacation records on Human Resources & Payroll System on regular basis to have updated records at all times.
Staff letters for various purposes.
Maintain staff personal files up to date.
Interacts with insurance company for employee’s medical insurance.
Monitor Employee’s attendance

follow up and manage check in and out for guest.
arrange check out time for all guest depend on flight time
