PROJECT MANAGMENET:
1) General Responsibility for implementation and monitoring of all Electrical work.
2) Ensure that are all work done are in accordance with approved construction drawings, contract document, project specification.
3) Coordinates with Client/Consultant for any site instruction and inspection works.
4) Estimates, Prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, material and tools.
5) Maintain link between Engineering department, Procurement & field requirement.
6) Control project execution to achieve project plan and schedule.
ELECTRICAL DESIGN:
1) Cable Sizing Calculation for MV&LV Cable, Transformer & Generator Sizing.
2) Earth System, Lightning System, Short Circuit Calculation, Cable Route & Tray Layout.
3) Electrical Control Panel (MCC) & Material Selection (Breaker, Contactor, Enclosure, Driver …), Single Line Diagram.
4) Electrical Building Services (Light, Socket, Fire Alarm System).
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORK & COMMSSIOING:
1) Medium Voltage switch gear (MV SWG), Main Control Panel (MCC)
2) Transformer & Generator, Cable Tray, Cable Pulling & Termination, Earth System & Lightning System Installation. Electrical Building Services (Light, Socket, Telephone & Data, and Fire Alarm System).
3) Testing & Commissioning :
Test & Inspection for MV switchgear, MCC Panel & Cable (MEGGER Test, High Pot Test), Pump, Motor & Blower, VFD Drive Configuration, S.S. Configuration, Instrument Installation & Configuration.
Link and coordinate projects requirements between site team and HO sections
(procurement - engineering - financial - contractual, Electrical Site team).
Contractual support with contract department (price and technical).
Review and verify subcontractor invoices before send to contract department.
Prepare draft of subcontractor’s contract before send to contract department (technical &
price).
Review all projects PO’s in accordance to Technical Specifications and allocated budget.
Allocation of technicians / labors in coordination with PM’s and site team as per projects
requirement’s /needed.
Control rental manpower’s in coordination with PM’s and site team as per projects
requirement’s /needed.
1) base design, shop drawing, as-built drawing
2) Indoor & Outdoor lighting system.
3) Fire detection.
4) Power system.
5) Prepare daily report & attend monthly progress meeting.
6) Involved in civil works related to electrical works.
Worked with Professor Ahmad Harb on permanent magnet generator as a graduation project. Worked with Dr. Abdel-Rahman Jaradat on manufacturing devices for House lighting system by using microcontroller.
