Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day Abu-Dhabi municipality miscellaneous projects and Al-Ain city municipality minor roads & parking tasks.
• Coordinate with the authorities (AACM-AATPS) to secure approvals.
• Provide preliminary and detail design for 120 Urban Roads projects.
• Design according to USDM, DMAT, TR-514, ITS, AASHTO standards.
• Meeting preparation, attendance and reports documentation.
• Developing and reviewing the design work and reports of colleagues.
The scope of Design including but not limited to: • Urban Roads layouts • Signalized intersections • Roundabouts • Swept path analysis • Parking circulation layouts • Roadway profile
• Signs and marking • Superelevation calculations • Grading plan
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Guiding 4 National Highways activities worth 350 million EGP.
• Design verification and coordination as per the project scope to cover earthworks, roads, infrastructure works.
• Inventory all the Quantity Surveying works and Prepare BOQs.
• coordinate the integration of designs with other disciplines including lighting, drainage and structures.
• Assisting the Design Manager in carrying out his daily duties.
This full-time position required me a secondary role like:
Traveling to project sites, Leading and coordinate Implementation activities between company and subcontractors, maintaining a close relationship with owner's consultants and track upcoming project opportunities and collaborate on project pursuits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervising 2 National Highway projects.
• Checking plans drawings, topographic surveys, earthwork quantities.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying data to the site.
• Recording the works carried out by sub-contractors on site.
• Coordinate with the laboratory technician and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work.
