Build and follow up Financial Department implementing financial Reports with the existing Oracle ERP, especially Costing Structure starting from the Parent Chicks till Live birds produced following by the Slaughtering process and further processed steps (finished Goods).

Working with Serenity for consultancy to make overall Restructuring to external clients,
Building Chart of account, strict internal rules in Accounting Department, as segregation of duties to eliminate fraud ect.. o Procedure and process for Payroll Department, HR Department, Purchasing, sales, etc…
o Financial Analysis and Sensitivity Analysis, with Breakeven point. o Monitor the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L, BS & CF), providing top management if any problem.

Reporting to the General Manager; managing a team of 6.
o Spearheading with banks (Opening Letter of credits for all the imported goods, Control company’s
overdraft and renewal of shareholder’s bank guarantees).
o Ensure appropriate financial control in compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
o Submission of NSSF, Vat and Salaries taxes.
o Advise and assist management in the compilation and control of budgets, forecast, and internal audit.
o Monitor and consolidate the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L, BS &
CF), providing top management with financial and operational analysis.

o Reporting to Managing Director; managing a team of 8.
o Managing company’s financial statements (P&L, BS & CF); prepare budgets, forecasts, financial and
operational analysis and present them at BOD meetings.
o Managing the implementation of switching from Old Dos software to Noria ERP.
o Implementation of new rules and procedures related to cash cycle, cutting cost, receivable management, etc.
o Submission of NSSF, Vat and Salaries taxes.
o Corporate liaison with global and local legal teams for contract compliance.
o Spearheading with banks (opening LCs, shareholder’s bank guarantees, etc.)
