Drive and enable the Performance culture within Jordan Cluster (Jordan, Kuwait, Iraq) sales team

* Drive Sales team within the proper usage of Salesforce (CRM software-Super User) and monitor different
Insight measures using different tools to ensure a healthy pipeline along with sales process compliance.
* Assist cluster sales Manager with implementing coaching, performance reviews and recommends areas for
improvements for individuals.
* Manage Sales Incentive Program for the Cluster
* Managing the Sales Cluster VMS (Visual Management System), ensure proper running and fruitful
discussions to guide the performance of the function going forward
* Facilitate Internal Alignment with different functions (Customer Service, Trade and Marketing, Operations
and finance…etc).
* Commercial thinking to help cluster target key opportunities to achieve targets
* Business Plan Input from the Sales department
* Super user for most of the systems that are related to Sales
* Lead / accomplish projects to enhance the Sales Processes and Freeing up FTEs for more utilizations
* Use Various Analytical tools to help monitor the Performance and ensure a healthy Pipeline like Salesforce

Role: Strategy planning
* Create project plans that identify team members, deliverables, timelines, strategies and objectives using
planning soft wares (mainly Microsoft project)
* Gather, document, analyze and represent business requirements, then transform them into functional
requirements
* Preparing strategy plans, balanced scorecards, KPI’s development, SWOT analysis, and build structure of
the management and operations of the client’s organization (Involved in the whole Life Cycle of the
Strategy formulation process).
* Assist in identifying options with recommendations, providing additional resources and/or the
implementation of solutions.
* Operate across a wide variety of services such as business strategy, marketing, financial and management
controls, human resources, information technology, e-business and operations, and supply-chain
management.
* Carrying out research and data collection and conducting analysis of the collected data.
* Interviewing client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders.
* Running focus groups and facilitating workshops.
* Preparing business proposals.
