• Business Process Management and TQM Project: (I was supervising and managing a huge business process management process to make assessment for MOMRA and Municipalities business processes and document business processes for 300 service which include more than 1600 business process, develop service catalogue, value chain and develop ToBe processes )
• Managing technical part related to Total Quality Management Project from ministry side with PWC as vendor, which include:
o Implement and establish Ministry Quality and organizational excellence department
o Assessment, benchmark and strategy.
o Define Department operating model and department structure.
o Define processes, procedures, roles, responsibilities and governance model.
o Business Processes (Second part of the project: Review PWC deliverables) This part related to MOMRA business process definition and reengineering which include, define MOMRA service catalog, improvement concept, business process ASIS documents, business process reengineering, TOBE process manual, define processes for RPA implementation and other project deliverables.

• Target Operating Model: Managing, Define and review target operating model of municipal information system for ministry and other municipality’s IT departments which contain:-
o Define services, organization structure, and target operating model, roles, and responsibilities.
o Define/review IT Processes (ITSM - performance - IT Risk- etc.), procedures, policies, Technology and governance model. (Aligned with ITIL, COBIT and ISO 20000).

• Performance Manager (IT): Managing performance management process in municipal information system:-
o Define KPI’s and maintain Performance framework.
o Follow up and supervise KPI’s activation, baseline and measuring IT department’s performance.
o Assist IT departments to define targets.
o Issue / Create performance report.
