Job description:
• Conduct efficient long-term, intermediate and weekly forecast.
• Lead Monthly discussions with Key Account Manager for bottom up forecast numbers.
• Analyze the sales trend and stock levels per SKU by gathering Purchase, sales, warehouse-in and inventory quantities (PSI) data weekly for each account in LGE Levant.
• Prepare and communicate Sales & operations planning (S&OP), LG and distributors issue,
Risk channel inventory, sell-out data analysis (SODA), and price trend of market reports.
• Lead S&OP meeting with managing Director, marketing managers, KAMs and DPs.
• Responsible of order management activities by issuing sales and purchase orders with the persistent communication concerning shipping details & delivery scheduling with factories and distributors.
• Coordinate with logistics team to communicate weekly shipments’ B/L, ETD, ETA,
Shipped quantities and issues faced.
• Continuously register and update new customers, models and prices per SKU on the System.
• Report, monitor and communicate forecast and inventory measurements (KPI's).
• Weekly Measure and Publish forecast accuracy, determine forecast errors by
Analyzing the reason of gaps between action plan and actual sales, and work closely
With Sales team and demand planners to improve forecast accuracy.
• Reviewing recommended sales forecasts, inventory goals, new product introduction,
End of life products and promotions.
