am responsible about two guys; one of them work as data processing am responsible about the export data which made it by use three software"cosi. Spss, converse" the second guy work as desk help provide the hardware and help employee if there is any problem in their PCs, my main responsibility is Create network, workgroup, install domain work in ISA 2006 create users for every employee, create emails and give permissions for every single person, control the system, and get licenses for computer software dealing with hardware (pc's, laptops….) emails problems, internet troubleshooting dealing with routers, wireless internet, switches hubs, create networks (lan, wan ), Linux UBUNTO 7.10, 8.10
