characteristics of language services, which requires focusing
on value proposition for different clients in different sectors.
Liaising with different department to ensure smooth
progression in the value chain
Utilizing cold calling, networking, and e-mail communication
to identify potential customers.
Preparing regular sales reports and territory sales plans
Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product
success to determine customer preferences and to
achieve competitive advantage.
Managing & analyzing several Stakeholders including
vendors.
Create and maintain a long-standing relationship with Key
accounts, ensuring a win-win outcome.
Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals
Providing support to less experienced Sales Representatives as
needed, supervising daily conduction of business
