Reviewing the Commissioning Inspection reports (CIR) and accordingly doing witness with Consultant of related systems at site.

Reviewing Testing and Commissioning Method Statements ATP Test Packs and updating Mechanical & Miscellaneous CAS Sheet on various Mechanical Equipment’s.

Supervise the work in the site for all Mechanical system to ensure that the quality of the work done by technicians and that the required standards set by the client and consultants are met.

Reports to project Manager as to progress, site issues and recommends appropriate actions to increase efficiency.

Witnessing Pre-functional and Functional testing of Mechanical, firefighting, public health and Miscellaneous system on site with MEP consultants and Main contractors.

- Review of specification, drawing design and details to ensure proper installation of HVAC System, firefighting system, public health system in all projects to be commissioned.
- Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates detailed phases of startup, testing, operations or maintenance including design reviews and all component/system testing.
- Coordinate with Vendor/supplier prior to startup of Mechanical, firefighting system and public health system.
- Work closely with MEP during construction phase prior to equipment energization.
- Conduct site inspection, internal testing of HVAC, firefighting, and public health system.
- Coordinate with project consultant for site inspection and approval, Coordinate with Subcontractors regarding work status, schedule, Preparation and other project details.

My role and responsibilities are to liaise with the Commissioning Manager. Working on the projects, I have been responsible for the commissioning supervision, witnessing, Mechanical testing and commissioning, documentation management by clients, Main Contractors of all Mechanical Systems, Public health, and firefighting system.
