Project Management of the Al Ula Old Town regeneration project
Initiated the design process, through launching a limited design competition targeting Lebanese Architects with both local and global presence. the Design competition was chaired by Lord Peter Palumbo and having prominent Architects as members like Dame Zaha Hadid, Sir Richard Roger, Rem Koolhaas and other artists and experts from around the globe.
Partaking the preparation of the competition design brief with the competition consultant and obtaining sign off from project sponsor.
Undertaking full design management, managing the architectural and engineering design teams to finalize the design deliverables as per approved design brief and schedule.
To Manage and oversee the whole contracting tendering process which includes shortlisting best fit contractors, supervising invitation process of contractors, negotiating, evaluation, and awarding recommendations.
Administer and negotiate Architect and Consultants contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
To follow-up the site construction works in terms of time frame, cost, quality and change orders to ensure design intent and compliance to the master budget.
Advise on the local construction solutions and methods for specific systems under the umbrella of time and cost.
Developed and delivered the Project Execution Plans in addition to the master budget to suit the specific requirements of the project.
Produced status reports and presentations as per the stages of the projects for the project sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
To manage the Municipality of Beirut, Ministry of Culture and the Directorate Of Urbanism permitting process.
To Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.
1- Issued development briefs which includes the assumptions, financial models, market insights and analysis. in addition to the architectural feasibility study.
2- Advised on potential sites for new projects or investment opportunities.
2- Managed and delivered the design process which includes selecting Architects and consultants, Writing RFPs, competitions brief, briefs, and status reports.
3- Managed and reviewed of the projects consultants deliverables such as master plans, architectural design, infrastructure, Structural, MEP, branding, material data, samples, and product data.
4- Issuing projects budget and time program.
5- Overlooked the construction works and project management process to ensure timely completion and design intent.

2- Issued operational and financial progress reports summarizing the Contractors works, variation orders, cost and time control.

1- Reviewed the contractor submittals to ensure the design intent in coordination with the Architectural, Interior Design, Structural, MEP, and Landscaping consultants.
2- Evaluated variation orders, project programme, method statement, and supervised the procurement plan as per the requirements of projects.

It is a high end gated residential community, located in the prestigious Wadi Abou Jamil neighborhood of the Beirut Central District.
A 22, 000 sq.m development, consisting of 7 buildings, 61 apartments, comprising simplexes, duplexes and penthouses.
Managed the master planning, architecture, infrastructure, Structural, and MEP, as well as branding and coordination with various consultants.
