Manage, direct and create accounts for Integrated Business Solutions and products.
POS, Time Attendance, Mobility solutions, Barcode, wireless solutions, ID card printers, Fleet management, Tracking system & software.
Cerate Lead account and manage responsibilities within the company’s most profitable customers.
Design the right solutions for the customers
Opening channels with government and private customers in order to meet their requirements.
Leading the Project to achieve the customer satisfaction.
Following up in putting the RFP specifications and tenders requirements.
Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
Manage and solve conflicts with clients
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
Establish budgets with the client and company
Work closely with the Marketing dep. on new tools and enablers.
Responsible to take ownership of assigned accounts with sales team; to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories; to develop strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverage to company's advantage; to create and deliver high impact sales presentations and product trainings; to understand and explain how offered solutions can help customer's business results and ROI; to obtain profitable revenue growth via value proposition vs. competition market / customer knowledge; to prepare sales pipeline, material planning, and forecasts.
Sales Supervision
Create leads and seek new potential Customer base.
Develop and implement the sales plane & tactics and meet sales targets.
Establish Customer base with adequate information customer profiling.
Over-see and evaluate customers’ existing and future needs and requirements.
Follow up and maintain consistent contact and communication channels with customers.
Team leading
Develop the delegation and team roles for the sales team.
Supervise the sales team according to their tasks.
Perform market competitor’s research and plan to create competitive value for our company.
Following up customer care
Follow up customer care employees to maintain consistent contact and communication channels with customers to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Follow up with technical department on customers that have technical problems to have these problems solved in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
