Opened a new line of products “Aftermarket Wheels” for Al Musbah Tyres, where I provided forecasted sales, plan of purchase, and plan of design for the company which now contributes to 35% of Sales in the Alloy wheels department
- Created and implemented Strategies to increase demand for Aftermarket Wheels
- Opened and explored New Markets and Built a new clients base from the South African country Region
- Suggested and Supervised the Creation of the Al Musbah Website www.mttwheels.com, which was a huge success and pumped the company’s sales
- Rebranded and Patented Two brands: MTT wheels, Gray Falcon Shaheen
- Rebranded the company Design in boxes, Signboards, and Business Cards
- Created Online Marketing Budget to enhance the company’s presence online through google and other platforms
- Suggested and Helped the shift of the company accounting system from Unix COBOL to an ERP software
- Helped and facilitated the integration of VAT practices in the company

- Attends foreign exhibitions to resource and build new suppliers and meet with existing suppliers to discuss current and future supply plans to maintain long-term relationships with the suppliers
- Coordination with the Purchasing team for issuance of POs, vendor coordination, delivery expedition & payment process when required
- Providing improvement suggestions on day-to-day activities of procurement, for the benefit & improvisation of procedures of the organization
- Implements procurement policies and guidelines to ensure competent quality execution of all routine purchasing and related administrative tasks for the given company, as stated.
