Electrical Maintenance Engineer at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners), Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University (O&M), Riyadh.
Responsible For:
Coordination and Supervision for the planned of all electrical works, by use MAXIMO program & site visit as following:
1- Follow up the preventive maintenance 'PM', to ensure quality of planned works on MAXIMO by visit the site and make sure the contractor work's according to the job plan.
2- Create & follow service request 'SR', to make sure working as done when visit the site and found any problem need to maintenance.
3- Follow up the corrective maintenance 'CM', to ensure materials required as per issued plan.
4- Create and calculate the 'KPI' for contractor work's at the end of the month, by make sure of preventive maintenance works carried out according to plan and on time, also takes into calculation a number of corrective maintenance & service request & backlog works.
5- Coordinate and study with contractor for any new work ordered by owner.
Responsible For:
Coordination & Supervision for the Execution of all work for Grounding and Lightning Protection Systems project, Firefighting & fire alarm systems projects executed for the company, also for CCTV systems as well, Fleet Management GIS Project, as followings:
1- To coordinate with contractor to schedule the activities (equipment erection, commissioning & start up) in minimum possible time frame.
2- To ensure project execution as per contract requirements and specifications in collaboration with consultants.
3- To follow up schedules strictly to ensure on time delivery of activities.
4- To ensure quality & safety of works by letting only professional personnel of contractors to work on site.
5- To review and approve contractors & consultant's payments with respect to the current progress and contract.
6- To conduct & chair weekly & monthly progress review meetings to closely follow up the works.
Coordination & Supervision for the Execution of all works as followings:
1- Follow up Installation of Grounding and Lightning Protection Systems.
2- Supervising of Installation Internal Works (Lighting & Power) and Installation of External Lighting Poles.
3- Follow up Pulling and Termination of Medium and Low Voltage Cables.
4- Follow up Installation of Package Transformers Unit, Transformers with Ring main Unit, Switchgear and Generators.
5- Follow up Installation and Termination of MDB, SMDB, EMDB, DB, EDB, LP, ELP, PP And EPP Panels.
6- Follow up Continuity and Meggering tests For Low / Medium Voltage Cables & Wiring.
7- Testing, Commissioning and handing over of electrical system to end users.
