- Design management: To follow up, coordinate, & evaluate all design deliverables throughout all design phases as per the highest international standards. During this I dealt with international designers such as, Design International (UK), TRIVA (Portugal), Cetra-Ruddy (USA), & Saudi Diyar (KSA), conducted regular online & personal meeting with them to direct & monitor the design process to ensure the achievement of the best design in lights of client requirements, and municipality restrictions, and commitment to project time schedule.
- Construction Management: Leading the management auditing inspector team to keep monitoring site progress, percentage completion evaluation, and constructability and quality procedure assurance. Managing regular site coordination meeting with all contractors to predict & resolve all site issues to ensure getting the work accomplished with best quality within the project time schedule.
• Designed & licensed more than 350 buildings of all types ( residential, commercial, industrial, etc…).
• Participated in an architectural contest to design the panoramic 190 m height steel tower of Homs. My design was selected among the 5 receiving awards.
• Designed & executed the finishing & interior design of some shops, & apartments .
- Architectural precast technical design.
- Checked, reviewed, & accredited all plans, details, shop drawings of projects studied by any architect, engineer, detailer, or draughtsman.
- Attended meetings as a technical & design expert on behalf of the company.
- ( during this period I worked on nearly 250 project ( total area 600 000 sqm ) of various types.
*Lead Architect in management team responsible for the project of a real estate dvelopement group including 2 project during 2001-2003, a hotel Holy Makkah close to the Holy Mosque (Almasjid Alharam), & a Palace in Jeddah.
* On site auditing, handover, & quality assurance in 8 giant projects that belongs to Muzdalifa & Mina improvement projects - Mekkah . 1998-2003
