• Generate Ad Hoc reports as requested and review before sending out
• Coordinating, facilitating, and administrating the 360 Executive Leadership Survey for the Management Team
• Creating a report for the Management Team by analyzing the 360 Executive Leadership Survey results
• Coordinating candidates’ interviews & providing support to Recruitment Dept by interviewing candidates when needed
