Duties:
• Prepares a review for IFC drawings.
• Prepares WIR’s or RFI’s for any technical clarifications.
• Coordinates with draftsmen for shop drawing preparation, reviews shop drawing prior to submit to consultant.
• Makes quantity take off for all material required.
• Review’s material submittal prior to submit to consultant.
• Coordinates with main contractor/ Subcontractor/ consultant.
• Participates where required in all aspects of the project management for the Required works.

• Undertakes the detailed short-term planning and co-ordination at site in accordance with the master program.
• Ensures that all information is available to undertake the works.
• Ensures materials are available at site to undertake the works.
• Ensures all materials are correctly stored at site and installed without damage.
• Arranges the required tools and equipment to be available at site.
• Supervise and Controls of the quality and technical correctness of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan.
• Ensures that the works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the project safety plan
• Allocates the workforce to areas of the site based on the program, nature of the works and the skills required.
• Co-ordinates with the main contractor and other sub-contractors at site.
• Sets targets and monitors the productivity of the workforce at site.
• Arranges skills development and training for the foremen and Technicians.
• Monitors the production and Follow the works at site and issuing a progress reports and snags list for the Required works.
• Implements the inspection and test plan and obtains the supervising engineer’s approval at each stage of the works.
• Maintains records of the changes to the working drawings to enable the record drawings to be produced.
• Manages the system testing and commissioning.
Specialist Duties (EIB Department) May-2017 up to date:
• Building and Configuring the ETS Project for LCS- Lighting Control System and GRMS- Guest Rooms Management System.
• Building and Configuring the NETx Platform Project for LCS- Lighting Control System and GRMS- Guest Rooms Management System.
• Manages the system testing and commissioning and Handing Over to Client.
Specialist Duties (Security Systems Department) Sep-2014 to May-2017:
• Building and Configuring the Access Control Systems (Continuum ACS).
• Configuring the CCTV and Digital Video Recording (PELCO).
