• Responsible for accurate, timely mall and portfolio performance analysis and reporting.
• Supporting the Portfolio & Asset Management team by analyzing potential real estate management and (re)development optimization opportunities.
• Perform complicated revenue and sales analysis of the malls, the F&B and fashion retail sales to optimize business, future strategies and increase store sales and efficiency.
• Optimize rents, rent duration, cross shopping, footfall, size of stores and GLA efficiency.

• Preparing daily report with custodian to clear trades to Verify and check all transactions and contracts.
• Keeping updated customers’ balances and margins, applying margin calls on clients to keep a risk free portfolio, and preparing the monthly statements and profitability reports.
• Explaining to clients the full functions and characteristics of different financial assets (stocks, futures contracts, option contracts, forex, and bonds)
