Managing the network and security business for the banking sector.
Handling “Arab bank” account in 16 countries including all sales, presales activities in addition
to managing the global maintenance contract.
Work in close partnership with the company’s and Vendors’ account managers to design &
propose solutions, conduct technical and marketing presentations, technical and business
discussions, and ideas that would help influence customers decision makers.
Assists and participates in developing RFI, RFP and RFQ responses, in LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN,
Security, Datacenters and converged IP services using products from different vendors.
Designing enterprise LAN, WAN and datacenter solutions, including Creating HLD, LLD, project
Scope of Work.
Generate BoQ, BoM, Technical and commercial Proposals.
Plan, configure and oversee the implementation of the network infrastructure in co-ordination
with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to ensure implementation meets design parameters
I’m working as a member in Data Networking group DNG team (LAN switching / Router Architecture) our main responsibilities is to provide CISCO customer s /Partners with the technical support in special keywords.
In addition I’m the DNG LAB's Advocate, and I participate in interview/train the new hired people.
General responsibilities and skills :
1. Troubleshoot technical issues with Cisco hardware and technologies.
2. Use debugging tools and lab simulations to analyze problems and identify solutions.
3. Recreating and simulating customer’s network environment in lab, and identify any possible defects in the IOS version or in the device configuration.
