As a technical engineer I have some responsibilities:-
- Lead a team of technicians to perform installation and maintenance of hardware of each project.
- Perform paper work and update each project status with all steps done.
- Update CAD drawing after completing each step.
- Align with different departments to complete the required work on time.
- Involved in development of the product we are dealing with after getting feedback from customers with positive and negative points of product.
- Train the customers on using the product.
- Complete the maintenance works if needed at the fastest time and high level of proficiency.
