- Provide leadership & guidance in developing & implementing social media strategies that maximize the potential of platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram, linkedIn etc. that align with business goals

• Create Arabic & English content for the website
• Assist Social Media channels with content and media resources
• Publish Arabic & English content on the website
• Manage newsletters & eShots; content and product placement
• Create and schedule Push Notifications in Arabic & English for the channel's APP
• Validate and proofread English and Arabic content (Anything related to the website)
• Make sure the company’s writing tones are consistent across channels
• Follow up on competitors’ content initiatives
• Assist in translating/proofreading of other contents when needed
• Working closely with different departments, such as Marketing, Graphics and Social Media to ensure the quality of the published material
• Attend meetings and seminars related to the Web Content tasks; Weekly Buyers Meeting etc.
