Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people,
materials and systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively
achieve performance targets. Coach, mentor and develop team members
to meet current and future business requirements. Lead change initiatives
and continuous improvement efforts, including the pursuit of TPM. Utilize and
model Nestle beliefs in the execution of daily work activities and decision

The major role is to provide our clients; from the different industrial fields, with
the suitable Business Analysis and Advisory services needed for implementing
an efficient Supply chain, Production and safety management systems based
on the international and governmental standards, such as OHSAS 18001,
ISO 14001and ISO 9001 and assisting our customers to be certified with
the different QHSE certifications. Also, I’m acting as a Product Manager for
Safety360 system; which is a software product managing the different safety

processes in the industrial and construction areas, in the MENA region and
Gulf area.
Responsibilities:
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with customer base.
• Identify the customer needs for implementing an efficient safety management
system and evaluate the future requirements.
• Identify the gaps in the current safety processes and set the alternatives to
remove them.
• Preparing the scope of works (SOWs), the technical proposals and the
implementation plans for the customers.
• Managing the implementation process for the assigned projects.
• Provide a conceptual training for the users of Safety360.

Production Engineer at SPECIALITY CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS FACTORY (SCCF) - Shift supervisor.

Responsible for production process execution / scheduling, preparing reports
for the management regarding status and progress. Also, highlighting the
production problems.
