F&B, Gym, etc.) regarding project needs and goals.
• Oversee architectural project from the conception stage right down through
construction and eventual completion of the project.
• Adapt building drawings, specs and implement creative concepts of landscape
areas in the design development stage and formulate and oversee project range,
budgets, schedules and stakeholders’ expectations.
• Responsible for studying the financial aspect of the project, organizing
construction documents and assuming responsibility for finished plans,
specifications, and management approval of materials and construction.
• Participate in mapping out program requirements, SOWs and schematic drawings.
• Usually collaborating with design consultant, landscape contractor and reviewing
plans for construction of the project.
• Playing an important role in managing contractor and sub-contractors. This can
range from initially selecting contractors and receiving bids to answering
questions, RFIs and TQs during the projects process, Day-to-day role often involves AYASSIN CV

visiting the job site to verify that contractors are adhering to building plans and
regulations.
• Coordination between multiple teams of contractors as well as Engineering
supervision consultant, actively manage schedules and timelines to prevent delays
and ensure that projects are on time and within budget.
• Performing administrative tasks such as preparing minutes of meeting, estimates,
scheduling, etc.
Developing design concepts from free hand sketches stage and managing design
projects
• Work Closely with the design Manager to develop architectural Solutions from
conceptual level
• Develops solutions for the design problems
• Mentors and Directs the work of the 3D visualizers, draft men and less
Originate and develops creative design concepts during the design phase
• Coordinate with the structure, MEP, technical sections
