Overseeing the development and execution of a portfolio of Mixed-Use projects related to Meydan one Master Plan from Design conception up to final handing over (Pre and Post contracts)
Managed the tendering process and appointment of project’s consultants (Design & Supervision), cost consultants, contractors and subcontractors and monitored their performance.
Managed Project’s related Contracts, Procurement process & project performance indicators (KPI’s).
Lead the Periodic meetings with Designers, Contractors, Consultants & Vendors.
Assisted Senior Designers in ready checking of plans prior to final approval.
Lead the Value Engineering & Cost Saving implementations.

1. Construction of Meydan One Mall - Phase 1 - 3 hotel towers (Canyon, office, Plaza), Ski Slope, Winter Village Park, Dancing fountain, Crystal Lagoon - Al Merkadh - Dubai - Project Value: 1.5Billion-AED - Status: Suspended.
2. Construction of Zabeel Feed Mill (Production, Energy Center, Sales office Center, Staff Accommodation, Infrastructure, roads & landscape, Al Margham Dubai - Project Value: 213 Million-AED - Status: Handed over.
3. Construction of Azizi Riviera Development of External Roads & Infrastructure, Landscape, Car park Buildings, Al Merkadh - Dubai - Project Value: 250Million-AED - Status: Suspended.
4. Construction of Meydan one - 4x132/11kv Substations (Mahra, Jeyad, Forsan & Asayel) for Meydan one Development, Al Merkadh - Dubai - Project Value: 347Million-AED - Status: Suspended.

4- Construction of Roads & Infrastructure for 60 Sold Plots (AL Furjan P6A).
