Senior Service Engineer - Siemens Ltd - BT (Building Technology) division- Covering the western region of Saudi Arabia- including Jeddah, Taef, Makkah, Madinah, Abha, Jizan and Najran.

Job responsibilities:

• Communicate with Siemens customers, and Support them technically (Technical support).
• Pre-Sales work including field devices/controller’s selection, system design, preparation of quotations, and technical proposals.
• Service projects coordination- Leading service team while executing service projects, and attending periodical meetings with customers for projects execution follow up.
• Quoting spare parts for customers.
• Attending quarter meetings with Siemens head management in Riyadh to discuss business and order intake update.

A. Building Automation System- Alerton BAS system:

Job responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of 15 huge academic buildings.
• BAS graphics integration and design- Envision for BACtalk- Alerton.
• DDC logic programming as per machine sequence of operation.
• Revising sequence of operation (SOO) and BAS program (logic) for HVAC equipments (AHUs, FCUs, Chilled water pumps…) based on the site requirements.
• Providing technical proposals/solutions to enhance the performance of HVAC/BMS system.

B. Simplex Fire Alarm System:

Job responsibilities:

• Monitoring the Status of FDAS system through modified panels, as well as controlling the sequence of operation for perfect operation and zero false alarms.


C. Crestron Audio Visual (AV) System:

Job responsibilities:

• Participating in the operation and maintenance of Crestron AV system
• Currently, I am doing all of the required trainings to be "Crestron certified programmer".
