I had the following successful projects under my belt:

1. CRA (Credit Risk Automation): Currently the process is manually done for finance sanctioning across the bank. Automation of entire credit facilities is done by the implementation of “ALGORITHUMICS” Credit Risk Management System. This would help the bank to streamline and have centralized monitoring of Limits, Mitigants and Exposure.
2. EWS (Early Warning System): In-consistent behavior in Customer account was treated manually and management was extremely difficult for such accounts. Early Warning System from LOXON is being implemented, this helps in timely generation of Breach memos and escalation to Team leads.
3. Basel II (Moody’s Fermat): To meet the Central Bank requirements for Basel II compliance we are implementing Moody’s Fermat system. This takes care of Credit Risk and Market Risk. Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 reports are also part of the scope of this system.
4. Operational Risk (SunGard’s AMBIT): This project is to cover bank-wide operational risk requirements, maintaining the Risk registers, Risk Controls, Risk responses. Currently manual risks are being logged and this automation will help the bank by providing end to end view of Operational risk.
