•Successfully leading the Projects and developing a strong team, while working across multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring their delivery on time and within budget
•Creating project job cost estimates, accurately scoping out work and resource requirements and completing detailed project schedules, before regularly monitoring progress against deadlines and manpower estimates and updating these as required

• Effectively directing and coordinating 20 teams in their operation and maintenance of more than 400 sites across the southern region, managing their time, materials and prioritizing activities as needed
• Successfully negotiating with customers regarding contracts and preparing specific contract documents, as well as communicating regularly with customers regarding progress and the status of individual sites
• Working on-site conducting inspections, quality assurance and quality control, providing technical support to teams and undertaking troubleshooting when necessary

• Delivering and expanding sites across south, central and western regions and coordinating with customers on timings and progress
• Undertaking work processes as required on each job including: conducting installations, performing sweep tests, undertaking BTS and transmission commissioning and software upgrades, connecting and testing external alarms, performing E1 routing and integration, implementing IBS sites, troubleshooting when required, completing acceptance tests and finishing sites to a high standard
• Preparing relevant site and job documentation including: preparing BOQs, PAT documents and site binders.
