• Responsible for overseeing and managing company’s overall procurement strategy.
• Develop and implement procurement policies, SOP’s and procedures.
• Supervise all of the supply chain process.
• Validate the Purchase / Service Contracts.
• Identify barriers and risks that might hinder the smooth handling with the projects
• Monitoring the security context on the project area.
• Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations to help the management to understand the procurement perspective, SOP’s and guidelines.

• Fleet Management
- Organize vehicles movement and allocation based on a well-defined and coordinated plan with the program teams and the other departments
- Ensure that all staff transportation needs are well planned and met in due time in accordance with the delegation rules
- Ensure that drivers have received general training, carry out regular testing and ensure that they respect the procedures
• Procurement - supply
- Guarantee the supply chain efficiency for the delegation and keep an up-to-date database on prices and local suppliers
- Plans and executes purchases based on the procurement plans in collaboration with program / support teams
- Ensure purchasing logistics procedures are followed (purchase methods, procurement plan, tracking purchase, etc.)
• Asset and Equipment Management
- Conduct regular inventories of assets and equipment and update the assets follow-up tool
- Engage him/herself in the process of identification, registration and labeling of all assets and equipment
- Ensure regular inventories, update of stock management tool and stock reports
• Management of operational premises and functioning
- Seek and identify potential premises for rent (including expatriate accommodation arrangements)
- Supervise the fitting of the premises (installation of material and equipment) and make sure that they meet the required
- safety and security standards
- Ensure the servicing and maintenance of all the premises (including expatriate housing), water supply, electricity and
- generators are available
• Safety and Security Management
- Participate in monitoring the security context on the project area or as required by the supervisor or the CR
- Contribute in the development the country/project/base security plan and adhere strictly to Tdh and country security rules
- Ensure that safety and security operational procedures are always implemented and understood by all staff
• IT Management
- Keep an updated database of the IT equipment, licenses, warranties, and their conditions
- Regularly monitor the warranties and the conditions of all the IT devices and ensure their maintenance to all operational points
- Support the supervisor in conducting periodic trainings for all staff on software’s and applications

Prepares, files, tracks and archives documents according to standards set in the departments handbooks
•Maintains working relationships with relevant local authorities and/or stakeholders
•Assists in the receipt, storage, and transfer of stock from Azraq Camp warehousing
•Assist in completing and filing accurate and up-to-date logistics documents, incl. Goods Received Notes (GRN), Stock Request Forms, Waybill, Loss & Damage Reports, and Stock Reports
•Participates in the monthly stock counts for Azraq Camp Warehousing
•Processes camp permit requests and facilitates camp access for vehicles and supplies
