- Managing construction, renovation and maintenance projects as a consultant.
• Supervise the maintenance of all comportments of a sports facility, mainly
Padel Tennis facilities. (Turf, Glass, Steel Structure, Electrical and drainage)
• Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with external contractors and workers to ensure smooth
operation of the facilities.
• Lead, train and supervise maintenance workers.
• Assist purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery
negotiations with customers.
• Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, followups,
e-mails etc.
• Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.
• Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
Main duties:
- Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Responsible for planning and scheduling daily and weekly maintenance activities
- Confer with management, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Assisting in developing, implementing, and monitoring preventive maintenance
programs for electrical and HVAC systems
- Supervising the maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, electrical,
mechanical, and other equipment
- Preparing work reports concerning types of repairs made, materials used, and
cost of completed work assignments; purchases parts, tools, and supplies.
Maintains inventory of materials and equipment.
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate
competitors
Main duties:
- Managing and supervising various electrical works installation projects.
- Inspecting completed installations and observing operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Overseeing project implementation efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
Main duties:
- Co-leading a team of 30+ foremen, technicians and helpers and coordinating the daily activities of the electrical department.
- Reviewing bids, conducting negotiations and administering the award of contracts and contract amendments and provision of feedback to bidders
- Drafting appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company’s interests
- Reviewing and amending standard contract documentation as required
- Supervising the electrical, electronic, mechanical and civil maintenance works for Oula Petrol Stations.
- Projects Management.
- Estimating costs for projects; assessment of contractor's variation order proposals and submittals
- Carry out design, preparation of Scope of Work and BOQ, material procurement, ensuring timely delivery, installation and testing of electrical equipment used for power, control and signaling system.
- Managing timesheets and vacation forms.
- Assisting in the hiring, selection and training of staff.
- Negotiating with clients and subcontractors to prepare project specifications.
- Supervision of Oula petrol stations renovations.
- Advising management concerning projects, expressing new ideas.
- Developing relationships with external electrical suppliers.
- Regularly troubleshoot and eliminate construction and design roadblocks.
- Providing guidance to junior staff in the areas of; leadership, continuous improvement, decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Preparing designs and drawings for Oula car-wash buildings on AutoCAD.
- Managing and supervising Oula car-wash electrical works installation projects.
Electrical power systems design for commercial and government buildings
Preparation of tender, shop and as built drawings (Power, Lighting, IT,
Cable Routing, Security and Fire alarm layouts).
* Electrical load estimation, design as per international and local standards
(medium and low voltage).
* Building security systems, access control systems, CCTV, Public Addressable
systems, Fire Alarm systems, telecommunications, data services and cable
tray routing.
* Preparation of Lighting Design using DIALux software and producing
lighting distribution based on LUX levels.
