Delivered the project on schedule, achieving 8% cost savings through value engineering and securing SAR 15M in variation orders with a 4-month EOT and maintained an incident-free site.

Masar B Project - Makkah, Saudi Arabia
• Twin high-rise towers with 28 floors.
• Total built-up area: 95, 000 sqm / Peak manpower (300).
• Project value: SAR 100 million.
• Managed skeleton works, including but not limited to post-tension systems, manpower, supply and apply of formwork, concrete, and reinforcement.

• Delivered the project on schedule.
• Implemented advanced formwork and core wall climbing systems, reducing the typical floor cycle to 10 days.

• Three public parks landscape developments (total area 120000 sqm).
• Project value: AED 45 million, Peak manpower (65).
• Scope: earthworks, hardscape, softscape, water tanks, and MEP works.

Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Medical City - Al-Jouf
• A High-rise building (15 floors).
• Total area: 165, 000 sqm / Peak manpower (600).
• Project value: SAR 265 million.
• Scope: earthworks, skeleton works, waterproofing and embedded MEP systems.

• Executed earthworks in-house, achieving 20-30% cost savings.
• Achieved a cost saving of 15% to 20% in waffle forms by using in-house production instead of purchasing them externally.
