 Responsible for TFM operations of a 200-bed hotel complex and the Emergency Response Centre for Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) through a team of MEP and Soft Services personnel (35 staff) and specialist contractors.
 Regularly conduct QA/QC inspections to detect hazards, investigate, report, recommend and undertake remedial action to reduce/eliminate risk to health and safety and operational concerns.
 Successfully delivered improvement projects (up to 170K AED per project) including exhaust ventilation system, building fabric improvements.

 Held responsibility as the supervising manager for the Defects Liability Period (DLP) works for the opportunity district in the EXPO 2020 project. Undertook needs analysis to identify AMCs and variation jobs across the contract resulting in added revenue up to100K AED per annum.
 Created operational risk register for Opportunity District in EXPO 2020 project.
 Successfully completed the MEP handover-takeover of assets for the EXPO 2020 project from Al Futtaim.
 Supervised approximately 50 new installations across the theme & water parks and managed the preventive maintenance of MEP assets at LEGOLAND, Dubai.
 Responsible for the mobilization of the TFM contract (10 MEP staff and 4 soft services staff) for Dubai Fountain including the undertaking and completion of asset condition surveys.
 Led de-snagging team for demobilization of City Walk Residential, Retail and Master Community Project.
 Managed DLP contractors for 20 Residential Buildings and Master Community Project at City Walk including specialist services subcontractor performance and evaluation.

 Responsible for FM operations of 6 Residential Buildings, 27 Villas, 3 Warehouse Compounds, 4 Commercial/Retail properties and two deluxe category hotels.
 Managed Defect Liability Period of G+8 floor residential apartment building.
 Managed FM Service Provider (Al Shirawi facilities management) for preventive, reactive and corrective maintenance of Al Hathboor Real Estate portfolio.
 Managed to reduce the FM expenditure by 90K AED/annum by controlling the expenses on materials and integration of subcontracted services.
