A) Training Coordinator
1.Gather all project information: schedules, assignments, tasks, and project meetings
2.Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, tasks and project assignments
3.Work with project manager, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process
4.Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned
5.Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication
6.Assist project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes
7.Schedule project follow up meetings as needed
8.Develop and publish communications to project stockholders
9.Develop and review project status and reports
B) ICDL Center Coordinator
1.Manage ICDL training and testing Center and provide all the needed support to IT classes held in and out
2.Ensure the availability of all materials needed
3.Conduct online exam sessions
C) Projects
1) Sayfuna Mumayaz: A summer program for schools students, sponsored by ADEC. My role was to manage this one month project over the last five years (2011-2015), which include,
1.Assign English and IT teachers to work in the project
2.Ensure that the center environment is suitable for school students
3.Ensure that all materials for English classes are available
4.Ensure that computer labs are ready for the ICDL classes
5.Register all students in the project’s database
6.Follow up on their attendance
7.Arrange for activity day during the project, like sports day, explore college life, etc
2) Al-Ain Prison: We initiate this project to teach the prisoners the basic skills in English and computer. As coordinator, my responsibilities included:
1.Prepare for EDA pre-assessments for all candidates who want to study English
2.Arrange all facilities needed for classes and make sure that the classrooms are ready as a good learning environment
3.Prepare the reports about attendance and progress
1. Prepare the classes and ensure that all PCs are working properly to serve the needs of instructors and students
2. Supervise students’ registration and prepare reports for the current classes and the students attending them
3. Ensure the availability of all materials needed for the courses (Books, Exam sessions, Skills cards, Test files…)
4. Prepare exams’ schedule to fit the students timing as much as possible
5. Supervise exams’ sessions and ensure that the all exams are running smoothly
6. Prepare reports for passed and failed students and how many times each one attended the exam
7. Deliver ICDL courses for the students in the center, so they can use the computer well, as well as they can pass the exam

1. Manage the network using Server 2003
2. Maintain the stability and reliability of the network
3. Manage exchange server 2003

5. Administer the Active Directory users and rules
6. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the network infrastructure

• My graduation project was about the concepts of the (Security of wireless networks), which discussing the technologies of Bluetooth and WLANs. • My project in the 4th year was (Sight on Cisco Networks).
