- Lead design projects from concept stage till detailed design.
- Introduce fresh & original design ideas that match project requirements and office design aesthetics
- Produce final design deliverables up-to photo realistic renders and presentations
- Provide technical design input and support for the development of the entire design concept
- Seek and provide creative designs and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documents to support these solutions
- Actively collaborating with and coordinating work of various services consultants to ensure the project deliverables are coordinated, integrated and support the design concept and performance goals of the project
- Lead the detailed development of construction documents during all project phases, delivering complete, accurate and coordinated project documentation
- Advance the production of schematic, design development and construction documents drawings and specifications in compliance with project scope, schedule, cost and design intent
- Review shop drawings, material samples for conformance with design
- Partial Site Supervision
- Set timeline and milestones for projects.
- Coordinate between contractors and different disciplines ( structural, MEP )

-Create designs for the mentioned projects from concept stage till developed architectural proposal including exterior, interior and landscape design.
- Provide necessary drawings plans, sections, elevations and 3d shots.
- Produce shop drawings for the required project.
- Create BOQ for the Projects.
- Partial supervision on projects and coordination with contractors.
- Responsible of selecting building materials.
-Communicating and coordination with structural, mechanical and
electrical engineers.

 Site Supervision as follows:
o Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
o Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
o Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
o Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
o Preparing reports as required.
o Acting as a link between upper management and the main contractor and other sub-contractors.
o Work with Civil, Mechanical and Electrical engineers on the site to ensure the progress of all aspects of the projects.
 Interior design:
o Preparing detailed designs, including plans, sections, and interior elevations for specific areas.
o Responsible of selecting building materials.
 Landscape design.
