As an HR and Administration Officer, I used to hire or refer qualified candidates, Conduct new employee orientations, Handled compensations and benefits packages, explaining HR policies, and Preparation of salary statement. Moreover I was responsible for production follow up, Stock control, and Some financial transactions.

As a clearance officer, I used to receive and verify necessary clearing documents, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, and communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

As an establishment educator, every day I was responsible for an establishment which can be different in the other day, so I should learn about all establishments to teach the kids about the activity that they are going to do in a certain establishment e.g. (fire fighters, police station, hospital…etc.) of course based on trainings that I used to attend( KIDS GUARD, CUSTOMER SERVICE ) to know how to treat kids, what is allowed and what is not, and finally how to let the kids live the role like adults…
