• Fully responsible for Purchasing, Logistics, Facility Management for entire Group Reporting to CEO.
• Select Carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers & Freight Forwarders.
• Implement best practices, procedures, and standards in real estate operations
• Member of the Group Budget Committee.
• Monitor suppliers’ performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Creating and enforcing processes & procedures for operations in the assigned Divisions.
• Framing purchase policy for the Group and setting guidelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Managing purchasing and procurement operations right from sourcing to final delivery at user site.
• Orchestrate logistics and import clearance services for procurement & distribution while selecting service providers & Agents, and managing SLAs.
• Strategizing and managing deliverables for Group’s facilities in close coordination with facilities head.
• Spearhead planning and execution of projects for new facilities set up.
• Liaising with Regulatory Authorities for necessary clearances and approvals for smooth conduct of business.
• Setting tones for overall administration of business operations and enhancing performance.
• Responsible for the entire projects within the Group (Renovation Works, Interior decorations, HVAC, Fire system, etc.).
• Reviewing strategies, policies, plans and procedures from in the light of underperformance and implementing improvements
