• Execution, Estimation, and coordination with consultants which include
following responsibilities:
- Studying the tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ.
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
- Coordinate with Consultant Engineers.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other Engineering.
- Fully inspect the execution and quality assurance of the project works to
ensure that works are constructed in accordance with the authority
approved drawings, specifications and conditions of contract.
- Train and supervise finishing crews.
- Prepare the bills for payment according to works progress and the
conditions of contract.
- Prepare daily site report to be submitted to the management.
- Attend weekly progress site meeting to control the progress of works and
to resolve constriction conflicts, and issues.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, inspect their works, estimate the
quantities, and arranging their payments.
- Reviewing and approving financial payments for subcontractor.
- Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Full observation of Mockup villa of the project with follow-up from
management.
- The work was done from pilling and foundation (pile cup, tie beam, slap,
concrete, precast, roof) to all the finishing (antifungal, ceiling, ceramic, AC
works, interlock, gate, aluminum (door & widow) to Paint (External &
Enteral).
The work was done excavation and pipe line for sewerage and storm
water line for diameters up to 2400 mm (RC, UPVC pipe) and all related
services such as gullies, cover slabs, DI cover and carry out the required
tests such as Air pressure and Water pressure (Hydrostatic test).
- preparing and Installation of 72 power stations with precast concrete.
