Project summary: -
The International Shooting Club project aims at Egypt's effective participation in various international shooting tournaments, the area of the project is 320 acres including:
• skeet & trap, manual shooting, bow & arrow archery and electronic shooting buildings,
• A Commercial area that includes 8 buildings
• A hotel area that includes hotel, one-day chalets, a multi-purpose hall and a staff building
• Administrative area and includes 6 buildings
• Mosque with 500 prayers
Job Responsibilities: -.
 Continuously Follow up for the activities performed on site to make sure they comply with the Quality Plan and Specs of the project and take the necessary action if find Non conformity.

 Continuously updated with all Letters and site orders, shop drawing, material (which belongs to Quality) which sent from us to consultant and owner or received from owner and consultant to be aware with approval documents or any modification will happen

 Receive Internal Inspection Request from Site Engineer to ensure that the activities done comply with the shop drawing and the method of statement, Specs and Inspection and test plan.

 Preparing External Inspection Request to consultant engineer, and following up the comments if found.

 Follow up the day-to-day to work of the engineers and provide them with the needed guidance and development plans to improve their performance.

 Continuously Follow up for the work in the laboratory and check that all the work done according to project Specifications

 Prepare quality control documents for the project such as ITP (Inspection and test plan), PQP (Project quality plan) Quality monthly report.

 Conduct Monthly tool box with Q.C and construction teams

 Conduct Prep meetings with the construction team before starting new activity

 Conduct the final Log for Snag list for the whole project to handle the handover of the project to the client.

 Evaluate the performance of the subcontractors.

 Prepare and update Quality Risk Register

 Continuously updated for Quality lesson learned during cycle of the project

 Attend the quality audit and following up with audit team until finish all findings

 Conduct Quality induction for project team and new employee when assign.
