• Comprehended telecom operators environment, their organizational structure, processes as well as key solution differentiators, latest trends, markets, customer needs and competitor-related business.
• Worked closely with account managers to identify opportunities, respond to RFPs, define proactive & strategic initiatives towards customers, IT Solutions design & proposal writing, and translation of customer business needs into high level designs.
• Prepared, reviewed and commented on projects scope of work (SoW), bill of quantity (BoQ), and proposed designs.
• Supported the sales team with technical knowledge around cloud core networks (including SDM, IMS, EPC, and 5G Core), multi vendor automation technologies (comprising SON solutions), and the first national 5G-trial for Lebanon based on classical 5G BTS architecture.
