Managing a high volume restaurant & improving all controllable costs there by maximizing financial performance.
Also responsible for effectively developing, managing and leading the restaurant team to provide excellent service.

• Consistently exceeded monthly sales goals by training FOH staff on upselling techniques and by creating a featured food
and beverage program
• Implemented a revised inventory system focused on storage conditions, and ordering techniques resulting in a 3%
decrease in losses incurred by food waste
• Consolidated sales report to compare with the actual sales on daily basis. Prepare the P&L
Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
