Ultimate responsible of the quality of service and customer satisfaction for the delivery of RBT (Ring Back Tones) full managed service to mobile operators.
• Help define and apply best practices and processes to deliver a top quality, proactive, effective, cost controlled service to the assigned customer.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns execution with the customer according to the inputs provided by the Product Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor service delivery of RBT managed services:
• Create professional daily TVCs to support Zain social media networks and increase the service revenue with minimum reachability 4.5K per TVC
• Work closely with technical team (delivery coordinator and operations) to ensure the suitable support for content processing, delivery and publication.
• Provide recommendations to improve service delivery and / or increase content sales (number of downloads, number of subscribers, etc.) and maximize its profitability.
• Develop Zain’s social media network regarding the service include 2 pages with about a million customers
• Produce weekly service reports (sales information, marketing campaigns information, incident status, open action points, etc.).

Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies from China
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
