• Looking for the daily transaction from the central store to all sites
• Daily requirement materials for the entire project receiving from the site coordinators.
• Looking for the approval for the materials in the site
• Coordinating between the projects and the purchase dept. for approved materials by consultant.
• Transfer extra materials from site to site for saving the coast.
• Coordinating with transportation dept.

• Monthly reports and weekly and daily receiving and issuing materials submit it to operation manager and the cost and tender manager. Also to purchase dept.
• We are using ORACLE system for the creating item code and checking the materials and daily reports for all the sites managers.

• Each company contains a warehouse, reporting to vice President Finance Each company has a warehouse, which distribute to sites, Factory or to workshop.
• Also preparing the documents for export equipment or materials to other country that our project is there.
• Because we have different projects in world wide so we are shipped our equipment to different countries and I have to get shipping companies and prepared contract with them according to company policy.
• Export to different countries like: Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, India, Bahrain, Germany, UK, we are exporting by Road, By Sea and By Air it depends on quantity and dimension.
• There are stores keepers in charge, they are reporting to me. issue material through the procedures like the move order from the oracle system which we are using we are getting it from the requester after the approval of factory manager or workshop manager, each Company has different materials.
• Random checking for the warehouses monthly
• Materials supervisor report for the minimum stock
• Monitors day-to-day Stores operations and verifies data entry as of received and issued materials, equipment and spare parts.
• Defines the stock levels for materials and spares in collaboration with the maintenance and other user departments keeping in view the operational plan, normal consumption rate, procurement lead-time, inventory carrying cost and importance of the material
• Coordinates with the requester sections for the proper technical specifications of materials designation Controls the collection, storage and disposal of salvaged and scrapped materials and suggests re-use and disposal of all such materials. Checks and follows up on the record keeping in Oracle System with particular reference to vocabulary discrepancies, unit of measurement and code numbering
• Responsible for the administration of the Time Management System for Warehouse staff
• Looks for the requirements of each company in separate
