Working as a field service technician and Taking care of responsible for delivering the value proposition, and meeting, contracted service level agreements for primarily laundry, kitchen, and housekeeping applications/Dispensers And Taski machines. Maintaining strong relationships with customers with use of emerging electronic technology for communication, reporting.
Ensuring customers have an outstanding experience with the Diversey cleaning and sanitation program.
Establishing excellent relationships at all customer organization levels (end users /supervisors/managers).
Installing equipment following Standard Operating Procedures.
Conducting routine visits.
Maintaining existing customer equipment in working conditions.
Serving as the voice of the customer - recap areas of focus, follow up, regarding issues, and capture customer satisfaction.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems and/or conditions.
Doing inspection for ( saudi electricity company ) Electrical Substations such as, PMT, UNIT, PACKAGE , REGULAR, MRMU.
I can manage all the events and work outs quite efficiently and Ability to repair mechanical and electrical problems or replace worn parts of Machines. Install and repair parts and hydraulic control valve and hydraulic pump and solenoids. Ability to repair and Diagnose Hydraulic problems and electrical problem of Jt4020, Jt60, Jt100, JT30, AT2720, JT8020, Jt3020 and Trenchers RT115, RT95, RT80, Rt75, Rt45, Rt120 and other machines. I can diagnose the problems and use/operate of utilities such as 750, Tk, TKQ locators, Beacons and GR2450, GR2550 Scanner.
