I am a Senior Corporate Support Specialist at Warba Bank, entrusted with elevating the relationship between WB and its customers. My responsibilities extend to enhancing portfolio profitability by attracting new fixed deposits and encouraging clients to utilize WB services. Additionally, I oversee day-to-day operations related to our clients.
a) Carrying out the required as requested by Team Leader / Relationship Managers
b) Preparing and typing internal and external correspondences
c) Ensuring Unit Documents (relating to clients and otherwise) are duly filed and organized.
d) Tracking and maintaining a database for submitted Memos / Credit Applications / Call Memos / Bookings / and otherwise.
e) Assisting with procurement of CBK reports & preparation of Account Profit abilities / Risk Ratings.
f) Catering to queries from clients.
g) Assisting with client account opening formalities (in coordination with Retail Credit Administration, and Legal).
h) Following up on client requests pertaining to account opening / transfers / FX transactions / new FD’s / Trade Finance requests and otherwise
i) Following up with Relationship Managers on facility line expiries / installment maturities / past dues / maturing FD’s, and with Internal Divisions on Trade Finance exception referrals.
j) Following up with clients on any requirements including but not limited to Mandate Documents, funds relating to dues to the Bank, and otherwise.
k) Post committee approvals, acting as liaison between CBD and support units (Credit Administration and Legal) for the purpose of issuing legal documents and thereafter, following up on the same until processing of credit lines.
l) Following up with Credit Administration and Legal on the issuance and perfection of legal/simple assignment over financed contract proceeds.
m) Compiling data from concerned departments (Finance) to prepare quarterly Unit profitability and raise the same to Unit Head.
n) Performing other related duties as assigned.
